Libby grew up in Thailand as a missionary kid from the U.S., and has a lifelong love of Thai people, culture, and of course, food! At 18, she moved back to America to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Arts, and a master’s degree in Crisis Response & Trauma Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. In 2012, Libby visited Beginnings Foundation in Bangkok, and her eyes were opened to the harsh realities of women working in the sex industry. She knew God was calling her to become more involved with the fight to end sexual exploitation, and in 2019, God provided for her family to move to Thailand long-term.
Libby lives in Pattaya with her husband, Brian, and their two young children. When she isn’t busy supporting Beginnings through social media, design, English lessons, and outreach, she loves to play with watercolor, tend to her plants, and go hunting for iced Thai tea lattes.
